Shipping Policy

Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS rates based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To help keep shipping costs as low as possible, we may package smaller items together. Therefore, the shipping rate that is shown during checkout may differ from the actual charges. This will be reflected on your invoice. Orders to be shipped within 48 contiguous United States are sent by your choice of UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day.

Ground shipping: Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48-72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 12:30 PM CST.

Express shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day): These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 12:30 PM CST. If an express order is placed before 12:00 PM CST, it will usually ship out that same day.

Out of stock: You will be contacted via phone call if you ordered an out-of-stock item and we do not expect it in stock over 48 hours. At this point, you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out-of-stock item will be in stock again. If you choose to remove the out-of-stock item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.

Cancellations

Performance Fabrication, LLC processes, and ships in-stock orders within 1 - 3 business days. Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. There is a 20% cancellation fee on special-order items. This includes but is not limited to; custom fabricated components or any type of special request item ordered from another manufacturer.

Returns

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice. Performance Fabrication, LLC will only accept returns on parts that have not been modified; comes in their original package, and appear like new. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee on any returned products.

Before returning any part, you must call and you will be given an RMA#, which you must write on three sides of the box being returned. All shipping charges on return packages are prepaid only; No C.O.D.'s will be accepted on returns. No returns on special-order parts (including, but not limited to, housings, chassis, welded frames, and any part made or ordered to customer specs, etc.). Since springs are a tuning item, and they cannot be returned unless defective.

Freight Claims

All claims for damages, shortage, or loss must be made immediately with the carrier (i.e., U.P.S. or Fed-Ex). You must note any substantial damage to a package upon receipt of the shipment with the carrier. You may reorder any missing pieces from Performance Fabrication, LLC. We will send you an invoice for the reordered parts, and you can use this invoice as proof to the carrier of replacement costs. Unfortunately, we cannot make these freight claims for you; however, if we can be of any assistance, please feel free to give us a call at (864) 384-2264.

Missing Pieces

Although every effort is made to ensure that each part is packaged complete, inevitably, a component may be missing. You must check each kit as soon as you receive it against the parts list which is enclosed with each part. Any shortage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Claims made after 48 hours will not be honored.

Warranties

There are NO WARRANTIES, either expressed or implied. Neither the seller nor manufacturer will be liable for any loss, damage or injury, either direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to determine the appropriate use of any product. Before any installation attempt, all drawings and/or instruction sheets should be completely reviewed to determine the suitability of the product for its intended use. In this connection, the user assumes all responsibility and risk. We reserve the right to change specifications without notice. Furthermore, Performance Fabrication, LLC makes NO GUARANTEE in reference to any specific class legality of any component. ALL PRODUCTS ARE INTENDED FOR RACING AND OFF-ROAD USE AND MAY NOT BE LEGALLY USED ON THE HIGHWAY. These products are offered for sale as true race-car components and, in all cases, require some fabrication skill.

General

Performance Fabrication, LLC and policies are subject to change without notice. Performance Fabrication, LLC will not be held liable for misprinted information or price changes for in-house products, or unknown vendor price increases. Performance Fabrication, LLC reserves the right to substitute equal or better parts if listed parts are not available. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer of substitutions. Some of our kits and components come un-assembled in raw finish. Unless otherwise noted, the kits are shown assembled and or finished for illustration purposes only.
